When we bought our house in 2017. Timothy negotiated for a better price and for all the necessary inspections and processes to be completed on the house. He is always available and reachable whenever we have any questions or concerns. Timothy gave us updates and information for the financing of the house, along with the modifications required from the inspection report. Overall, our experience with Timothy met and exceeded our expectations. We would recommend him to others due to his experience, work ethic, quick responses, amazing negotiating skills, and expertise.

Tim made the process of purchasing my home such a delight! Easy, breezy! He was very comprehensive in the information provided and needed, both the pros and cons, and then acted swiftly to get the deal done when I found the one! And that was after an intensive search, which was enjoyable. He is trustworthy and has integrity! He was so helpful in getting things done in the new home prior to move-in, and he really sacrificed his time and contacts! He was always available and still is! Tim is an excellent business partner! Tim was excellent to work with. As brand new homebuyers in 2018, we didn't know the process except that we heard that it was very stressful and difficult. At the outset, Tim prepared us to be competitive homebuyers and never pressed us to go outside of our price range, what we were looking for, and our comfort level. We all know realtors obtain pay through commission, but we never felt pushed to get into a financially risky position just to earn a higher commission. His communication is professional and speaks to you as more of a friend as opposed to just a client. He's there to talk about all aspects of real estate (mortgaging, location, renovation...
