When we bought our house in 2017. Timothy negotiated for a better price and for all the necessary inspections and processes to be completed on the house. He is always available and reachable whenever we have any questions or concerns. Timothy gave us updates and information for the financing of the house, along with the modifications required from the inspection report. Overall, our experience with Timothy met and exceeded our expectations. We would recommend him to others due to his experience, work ethic, quick responses, amazing negotiating skills, and expertise.
Tim is the best real estate agent! Tim is a very thoughtful and well-knowledgeable agent who fights for the best deal for his customers. He is funny, personable, and honest. I saw his hard work in all the deals he helped us make. His commission is very well deserved! I know this firsthand because Tim helped my husband and me sell our two properties and purchase our new home, and the latter at the start of the pandemic. My family and I faced financial hardship, and he helped us come up with a plan that would benefit my family.
